We’ve are delighted with 2 mosaic projects recently finished. The first one showcased here was made by our Summer School students who are now our new Year 7s. I think you’d agree is looks fabulous installed. We’d like to say a big thank you to @alexmchallam and @nataliekentmosaics who came in to run the project with the boys and to install it.

We’re excited to announce that Enfield Grammar School is now offering students the chance to take part in the Duke Of Edinburgh Award Programme! We will be rolling the Bronze Award out to our Year 10s from today. Details will be given in the Year 10 assembly this afternoon.

Weekly EGS Football RoundUp

Mr Peek was pleased to say that competitive football returned to EGS this week when Dame Alice Owens from Potters Bar stepped in at the last minute to give the 1st XI a game. 20 boys were used in this friendly as preparation for next weeks cup fixture at home to Highgate. We were fortunate to be 1-0 up at half time, but managed to take our chances in the second half to win 5-2!
 
Mr Bowe reported a great turn out for our Year 8 training sessions and very competitive. Lots of good football played and nice to see so many of our boys out on the 3G again after so long without after school clubs. Looks like it’s already paying off…
 
**Although fixtures are back (and we’ve been playing really well (!), we are sorry to inform you that we are still keeping to the ‘no spectators policy’ until further notice**
