Raising Money To Make Festive Hampers For Those In Need

23rd November 2020Mrs S Field

As a School Community we’re fundraising to purchase some festive food items to create some delicious Hampers for families within our Community that would really benefit from a little support over the Christmas period.

Please join us in making a difference.

With the monies that we raise we will purchase the food and our boys will pack and decorate the Hampers so that they are ready to be delivered in the final week of term.

Please give generously. Every donation will help.  Any money left over will be donated to an Enfield based charity running a similar scheme for families in need this Christmas.

If you would like to donate, please click here to go to our GoFundMe page;  http://gf.me/u/y9fa8m

**** As of Sunday evening (22nd November ) the donations we received exceeded the amount we had hoped for. We’d like to say a massive thank you to those who have already donated. Due to this, we have decided to increase the amount a little which will enable us to make more hampers and to donate to other schemes (as mentioned above). It shows what a wonderful EGS community we have supporting each other.****

***** Update: As of Friday 27th November, we have raised £660 for this cause. Thank you so much – this is tremendous! It goes to show what a fantastic community we have here at EGS***

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause.

Come along and support our very own Mr Escott from the Music Department, who will be performing with his band Bazooka Joe. They’ll be joined by a special appearance from our talented students as part of the Cinematic Ensemble!

We’re proud to see our students sharing the stage and showcasing their musical talents in the community at tis free event. If you`re in the area, be sure to stop by and enjoy what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of live music and a great opportunity to support a local charity whilst enjoy a picnic in our beautiful Enfield parkland (weather permitting!)

And the footballing success just keeps rolling…⚽⚽⚽

👏👏👏 Huge congratulations to Tyler Tingey, who left us last July and has just signed for Spurs. Talented, grounded, creative — a brilliant role model for our students.
