Mr Willett commenced his volunteering as a school governor back in 2019 when he was elected in as a Parent Governor.
Bringing with him his experience of being a PE teacher, made him an apt choice for the role of Link Governor to the PE Department. He has regular contact with Mr Kendrick (Director of Sport) helping to support the department.
“I am a qualified PE Teacher BA (Ed) Hons, Exeter University, and I currently work in advertising as Director of Agency Development at News UK. I have maintained a keen interest in education and have recently completed an MSc in Psychology”
Mr Willet sits on both the Admissions Committee and the Standards & Achievement Committee. In addition, he is also the link for ECT (Early Career Teachers) recently reviewing the ECT and PGCE provision and associated challenges with Mrs Faverjon.
