The Class of 2026 shined brightly on results day as they opened their envelopes and saw the fruits of their labour. This cohort recorded the third‑highest percentage of grades 7–9 in the school’s history — an outstanding achievement and one that the whole staff, the Governors and all parents should be incredibly proud of.

The day also doubled as enrolment into our Sixth Form, with over 80 boys hoping to return in September. We welcomed more external candidates too, including an increasing number of girls wishing to join our Co‑Ed Sixth Form.

Mr Lamb, Headteacher, said: “The boys worked hard and got what they deserved in their envelopes. That’s always the case — you reap what you sow — and we’re looking forward to welcoming some of them into Year 12 in a couple of weeks.”
