Roman Coutts in Year 10 recently took part in the Springboard’s FutureChef London Regional Final competition, narrowly missing out on first place but achieving second.
As part of his prize for winning the School Heat, Roman has been mentored by a professional sous chef from Hilton Conrad St James, Filip Stoimenov, who works under Executive Chef Michael Riordan. This has proved a wonderful learning opportunity for Roman and he earned high praise from both Mentor Chefs. Thank you to Filip and Michael for supporting Roman and giving up their time.
