The fight against sugar!
We are all aware that too much sugar has negative long term health effects so we are on a mission to ensure we keep sugar levels in school to a minimum.
Please be aware that certain sugary items will be confiscated if brought into school;
  • Fizzy Drinks/Energy Drinks from outside of school
  • Sweets
  • Chocolate bars not part of a packed lunch
  • Donuts or yum yums (or equivalent)

Students: An opportunity to talk to your Safer Schools Officer Tomorrow…

As part of a local Safer Schools initiative, you will have an opportunity to speak to our Safer Schools Officer, PC Wratten from the Met Police Service, who will be on site tomorrow. It is a drop in service so you can pop in to see him if you have anything you’d like to discuss or ask about.

Young Carers Action Day 2021

Young Carers Action Day 2021 is to raise awareness of young carers and the incredible contribution they make to their families and local communities.
This year, the theme (chosen by young carers) is ‘Protect Young Carers’ Futures’, highlighting the incredible skills they have developed through being a carer – like resilience, time-management and empathy.
The Carers Trust are calling for employers to recognise their skills so they are much more likely to recruit young/young adult carers.
