February marks LGBT+ History Month in the UK – an annual celebration recognising the achievements, contributions and history of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+) community.

This important month raises awareness of the community’s history, struggles and successes, while highlighting both significant historical milestones and contemporary issues in the ongoing journey towards equality.

At Enfield Grammar School, we are proud to support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion for all. This month, students will take part in a special assembly dedicated to reflecting on the importance of LGBT+ History Month and celebrating the positive impact of the LGBT+ community.
