As part of LGBT+ History Month, BBC Sport and Enfield Grammar aim to educate about the reality of attitudes towards the LGBT+ community in sport, as a group and individuals, and how those attitudes have changed over time. This is the first in a series of short clips celebrating the amazing achievements of LGBT+ athletes, and the impact they have made beyond the realms of sport, throughout the month of February.
